Vino de color rojo intenso con brillantes reflejos violáceos, limpio, brillante y buena adherencia.

Muestra aromas complejos de ciruelas maduras y bayas de grosella con apunte de regaliz y pimienta negra, así como bien ensamblado aroma de tostados de roble. La capa profunda presenta aromas de bosque húmedo y hoja de tabaco.

Terroso y ligeramente mineral, gran concentración muy sabroso al gusto, sustancioso y equilibrado, de textura suave y aterciopelada, muy bien estructurado y balanceado con taninos de fina textura. Amplio, atractivo y armonioso largo final.
