La palabra “alfajor” deriva del árabe “[al- hasú]”, cuyo significado es “relleno”. Con el arribo de los españoles a América, este producto fue introducido en la región por las comunidades religiosas que se establecieron para misionar y evangelizar.
En Argentina lleva una tradición de más de 130 años y, a diferencia de España, el alfajor se ha ido adaptando dependiendo del toque distintivo de cada región. Havanna es la empresa líder en repostería artesanal argentina.
La variedad «70% Cacao Puro” consiste en dos galletitas rellenas con mucho dulce de leche y cubiertas de una espesa capa de 70% de cacao. ¡Está para chuparse los dedos!
