Descripción

Cultivada en las provincias de Misiones y Corrientes, en el norte de Argentina, la Yerba Maté Mañanita se elabora con procesos naturales. Las hojas se cosechan en el momento adecuado para que el contenido de cafeína y amargor sea limitado. El secado a alta temperatura durante poco tiempo permite que las hojas congelen los aromas. La yerba se estaciona durante varios meses en bolsas de 30 kg para que el sabor sea uniforme y similar de una cosecha a otra.
